Join Nicky and Ellie for a nourishing afternoon of soulful connection, meditation, Yoga & Nidra.
During August, nature is blooming with energy, life and vitality. Just as nature moves through its seasons, women also embody an inner cycle that mirrors the energies of spring, summer, autumn and winter. We will move through a beautiful blend of uplifting practices to align with summer, whilst keeping a gentle feminine flow.
What to Expect…
Ellie will introduce you to the concept of women’s inner seasons, and how we can embody these energies to help us move through our days in alignment with our cyclical nature.
Nicky will then guide us through an uplifting yoga flow, encouraging us to embrace our inner goddess. Inviting us to step into our power and confidence in a loving, gentle way, whilst honouring our own body’s uniqueness.
Carrying with this theme, we will enter a gentle guided meditation which will lead into an opportunity for some heart-led journaling as a way to reflect and receive insights.
We will then open a nurturing sharing circle, a space where women can share any reflections, insights and thoughts whilst being supported and deeply listened to by the rest of the circle.
Drifting into a dreamy ‘inner summer’ themed Yoga Nidra (sleep meditation) for deep rest and rejuvenation. This healing practice will guide you into a liminal space between sleep and wakefulness, offering blissful relaxation and the opportunity for all our shared practices to settle. With gentle, soothing sounds from Tibetan singing bowls to perfectly complement our restful state and mini head massages for complete serenity.
Gently awakening to herbal teas and sweet treats from Vamos Kitchen, with time to socialise with our lovely group or just be; Feeling truly grounded and restful, having taken time to connect with nature and your being.
Our venue is a beautifully tranquil private studio in the heart of the New Forest. With cosy fairy lights and peaceful sounds of nature.

What to Bring
~ Yoga Mat & any props you would like for your practice. For extra comfort, you might wish to bring a blanket.(Bolsters, belts, blocks & eye pillows will be provided, but do feel free to bring your own)
