Sunshine & Serenity Retreat Brochure
Dates: Monday 2nd June to Saturday 7th (5 nights)

5 nights accommodation
All meals – from our welcome dinner on arrival evening, to our farewell breakfast on our final morning.
Daily Yoga practices & workshops – Aerial Yoga, Hatha, Restorative, Nidrā, Meditation, Sound Healing, Bedtime Yoga, Journalling, Yoga for our Nervous System.

Room Types:
We have two deluxe bedrooms, and three standard. All options are twins and have en-suite facilities. The deluxe bedrooms are on the top floor and have access to a balcony.
Deluxe Room – £845
Standard Room – £795
Please note these are prices per person & the deposit payments are required for each attendee. If you are keen to share with a partner or friend, then we recommend booking at the same time to ensure you will be together.

Terms:
Deposit and balance payments are non-refundable. However if you do need to cancel for any reason we will do our best to fill your space and return monies paid to you less of a small admin fee.
Deposit payment will secure your space.
Balance payments may be spread out as you need, providing: another £200 due by the end of February & final amount due by 1st April.
We endeavour to ensure that our retreats are accessible for all, however if you do have concerns about anything specific please do reach out prior to booking and we will of course discuss your needs with you so that we can ensure you’re comfortable before committing. Please advise us of any medical issues & allergies upon booking. Whilst every care is taken to ensure health & safety, please note that guests are taking part at their own risk, and we cannot be held responsible for any injuries.
We highly recommend taking out your own travel insurance, covering the activities of the retreat, unforeseen circumstances such as sickness, as well as any other risks associated with travel.
