Whether it’s a hen party, birthday, corporate/work event or a just a gathering with friends… You can join me for a totally unique, bespoke Aerial Yoga Party experience!
Join me for a private Aerial Yoga class, exploring this fun, playful style of Yoga with your crew! From traditional Yoga poses, to flips & tricks, and a super cosy floating cocoon meditation to finish – All with the support of a gorgeous silky hammock. Expect lots of joyful giggles, great tunes and plenty of photo opportunities! Suitable for everyone from regular Yogis to complete newbies.
Don’t quite feel ready to fly? You can also party with me on the mat! Choose from a more relaxing, traditional practice, or a more energetic, glitter-filled one.
Venues available across Bournemouth, Poole & The New Forest.
Optional extras such as post-practice tea, smoothies, bubbles & sweet treats can be arranged to make your celebration uniquely yours. We can even include mini massage treatments from our favourite local therapists!
If you’re looking for a more indulgent wellbeing experience, we also offer half day, full day or weekend retreat packages for your group.
