What to expect…
Beginning with connection to our breath, sharing practices you can bring into your everyday to help you feel calm and centred.
We will then ease into our bodies with some gently uplifting, yet calming movements to encourage flexibility, balance and strength.
These slow flows will be beautifully balanced with invitations to spend a little time settling into some of the poses, with the use of blankets, bolsters or pillows for comforting support. Allowing the body to completely relax, find softness and let go of any tensions.
To finish, we will share a blissful extended Savasana (relaxation) with guided meditations and optional massage/adjustments.
Continue your day feeling truly rested, having taken time for you & your wellbeing.
There will be plenty of options throughout to personalise the practice to your needs. All our bodies are wonderfully unique and I believe that we all find our own expression of the practice. I will always guide you to find what feels right for you.
Beginners most welcome – I love introducing people to the magic of Yoga and guiding them along their journey.
What to Bring
~ Yoga Mat & any props you would like for your practice. For extra comfort, you might wish to bring a blanket.
~ Fluffy socks & any extra layers for a cosy Savasana
~ Bottle of water
Bolsters, belts, blocks & eye pillows will be provided, but do feel free to bring your own.

Class Passes
If you would like to attend regularly, class passes are available.
You can book the sessions you wish to attend for the month in advance. This will work out at £10 per class and will reserve your space. (Please email me for this option)
