Yoga for Better Sleep
Join me on Zoom for a gentle, restorative practice that will leave you ready for bed.
A slower class that allows plenty of time to settle into poses, with the use of pillows, blankets or bolsters for support. Followed by a dreamy guided Yoga Nidra meditation. Ideal for anyone who struggles with sleep, or winding down in the evenings. An opportunity to surrender, let go and find a little peace.
Wear your Pjs, trust me!
