Yoga for Better Sleep
Join me on Zoom for a gentle, restorative practice that will leave you ready for bed.
Starting with breathwork practices to help us find a sense of calm & inner peace. We will then gently settle into some restorative Yoga poses, with the use of pillows, blankets or bolsters for support. Feeling held as we let go of the layers of tensions from our day. Finishing with Yoga Nidrā (guided sleep meditation) to help you float into a dreamy, restful space.
Ideal for anyone who struggles with sleep, or winding down in the evenings.
One-off session – £6.50
Series of four – £20
(If you sign up for all four I’ll send out the recordings in case you can’t join us live. If you are booking a one-off session, please book in advance so I know who to expect)
Wear your Pjs, trust me!
Thursdays 9.15pm-10pm
(These sessions will run until Spring, allowing for Beach Yoga during the warmer months)

What will I need?
🌙Access to Zoom
🌙Somewhere comfy & cosy to practice (You can even join from bed if you like!)
🌙A bolster or a couple of bed pillows
🌙A snuggly blanket & fluffy socks
🌙Pjs encouraged!
