Struggle to sleep? Need help finding better bedtime routines?
Join me for six weeks of breathwork, restorative Yoga practices and guided sleep meditations to help you settle into a truly restful sleep. Giving you the tools to cultivate your own bedtime rituals & routines
What to Expect…
Beginning with connection to our breath, learning different techniques each week that you can use every evening to help you wind down & feel calm.
Drifting into a restorative Yoga practice, inviting you to spend a little time settling into the poses. With the use of bolsters or pillows for support, we allow the body to completely relax and let go of any tensions you might be holding onto for your day.
Surrendering to deep rest, as we welcome ourselves to the liminal space of Yoga Nidrā – An effortless state of being, between sleep and wakefulness. Nidrā is a healing, transformative practice, offering complete physical, mental & emotional relaxation.
Each week we will focus on a different theme, exploring ways we can create more positive evening routines.

(Make sure you are in your pjs and ready for bed straight after)
Recordings available for those who cannot join us live
What will I need?
- Yoga Mat (but you can join us from bed for the whole thing if you prefer!)
- A bolster or a couple of bed pillows
- Notebook for journalling
- A quiet space
- Access to Zoom
