As the chaos of the festive season unfolds, I welcome you to find a little peace & time for yourselves. This mini offering balances fun, playful practices, with restful, calming ones to leave you feeling relaxed & rejuvenated. Ready for all this season my bring!
What to Expect
We will embrace all our inner child joy with a playful, giggly Aerial Yoga session. Using the silky fabric to lovingly support and deepen our practice, and enjoy a truly uplifting experience.
After a little tea break, we will settle into a more grounding space. Blending mindful movements, with moments of deeply restful stillness in a gentle restorative mat-based practice.
Snuggling into our hammocks for a dreamy Yoga Nidrā (yogic sleep) meditation & sound bath with Tibetan singing bowls, the balance of soothing vibrations encouraging even deeper rest.
Once we emerge from our hammocks, we will enjoy some delicious warming festive drinks & vegan sweet treats from Vamos Kitchen to leave you feeling truly nourished, relaxed and grounded.
