A Weekend Yoga & Aerial Yoga Retreat in South Wales
Join us for a weekend of joy & laughter, rest & rejuvenation and time to feel fully held.
Whether you are a seasoned aerialist or complete beginner, our retreat is designed to build your confidence & enhance your skills. With time on the mat to ground ourselves too, this is a space for finding balance – To rest, to play & to return feeling renewed.

Venue
Returning to Golden Grove in Carmarthenshire, one of our favourite Aerial Yoga homes. Nestled in the countryside of South Wales, this peaceful & cosy space offers a beautiful Aerial studio, plenty of social spaces as well as little nooks for moments of quiet. Each of the shared bedrooms are comforting, light-filled & rustic, embracing the natural surroundings. Outside we have a sauna & cold plunge pool to explore, as well as a hot tub for hangouts & relaxation. We will also share an evening around the firepit & enjoy the open night sky.
With exclusive use of this space, there will always be times for a little extra practice for those wanting to develop their flows & flips, or simply time to rest.
Meals:
Throughout your stay, James will be curating nourishing plant-based meals. Everything will be fresh & lovingly made, with healthy wholefoods at the heart of every creation.

A non refundable deposit of £150 will secure your space, with the balance payments to be made by bank transfer.
Accommodation Options:
Sleeping arrangements are mostly shared occupancy. If you are keen to share any of these options with friends, then we do recommend booking at the same time.

✨Quad Shared Room – En-suite & access to another shared bathroom – £450pp
✨Trio Shared Room XL – En-suite (x2 single beds and x1 king bed, option to share this with a friend for a discount- please enquire!) Twin Bed – £485pp/King – £500 (solo)
✨Double Room – En-suite (Solo occupancy or option to share with a friend) £615 Solo Occupancy/£795 for two
(Please note – deposit is the same for all rooms, with the balance payments varying depending on options chosen)

Terms:
Deposit and balance payments are non-refundable. However if you do need to cancel for any reason we will do our best to fill your space and return monies paid to you less of a small admin fee.
Deposit payment will secure your space. Balance payments may be spread out as you need, providing – another £150 paid by end of Feb 2026 & final balance paid by 25th March.
