Description
Yoga & Supper Club
Join me for a cosy evening at Bad Hand Studio to snuggle into the winter season. With a deeply restful Yoga practice, Winter Nidrā & sound healing, followed by a delicious seasonal two-course supper from Kara. A nurturing, soulful evening of candlelight & connection.
What to Expect
We will begin with a gentle Restorative Yoga practice, inviting you to spend a little time settling into the poses. With the use of bolsters or pillows for support, we allow the body to completely relax and let go of any tensions. Healing hands offer connection, with gentle assists to lovingly guide you & elements of Thai Yoga massage for deep relaxation.
Surrendering to deep rest, as we welcome ourselves to the liminal space of Yoga Nidrā – An effortless state of being, between sleep and wakefulness. Nidrā is a healing, transformative practice, offering complete physical, mental & emotional relaxation.
Naturally flowing into a Sound Bath, with waves of soothing sounds and deeply healing vibrations from Tibetan singing bowls. The gentle, yet powerful harmonies allow you to drift into a natural state of meditation, creating a deep sense of peace & tranquility.
Gently re-awakening to a seasonal two-course supper, lovingly prepared by Kara (Green Label Kitchen). With plenty of time to chat and connect with our wonderful group.
We cannot wait to welcome you to this soothing evening of warmth & nourishment.
