Welcome yourself to the liminal space of Yoga Nidrā – An effortless state of being, between sleep and wakefulness. Nidrā is a healing, transformative practice, offering complete physical, mental & emotional relaxation.
Join me for a deep dive into this blissful practice, exploring where ancient Indian practices meet western psychology.
This workshop is designed to develop your understanding what Yoga Nidrā is and how it works. Starting with a brief history of the practice and how it has evolved over many years, we will define this “Yogic Sleep” practice and it’s benefits.
We will then explore the stages of Yoga Nidrā and how it guides us into layers of our consciousness. Looking into the various ways Nidrā alters our brainwave states and creates energetic shifts.
To finish, we will experience this practice. Be lovingly guided into this restful space, allowing time for your learning to settle in and to feel deeply rejuvenated.
