Description
Our March theme is “Spring Awakening”
Our bodies are in harmony with nature – In tune & aligned with the energy of the earth. As we emerge from the hibernation of winter, we release the heaviness… Shedding old layers in order to invite in new energy and opportunities. Awakening our true potential, allowing us to blossom.
We will blend gentle flows to energise & uplift, with moments of restful stillness to soften & release. Embracing this time of renewal & rebirth, we set intentions to nurture, nourish & grow. With cleansing breathwork practices to feel refreshed too.
Settle into deep rest with a powerful combination of Yoga Nidrā & Sound Healing, with the addition of floral aromatherapy blends to soothe the senses. Reawakening to tea & sweet treats to leave you feeling truly nourished & grounded.
(A lovely gift for Mother’s Day – Vouchers Available!)
Rest & Renew
Join me for a nourishing evening of Restorative Yoga, Nidrā & Sound Healing.
These blissful monthly offerings align closest to the New Moon, a perfect time to reset, relax & set new intentions.
Each month we focus on a theme to guide our practice, inspired by the energetic shifts of the seasons & looking at ways we can bring a little more rest into our lives.
What to Expect
We will begin with a gentle Restorative Yoga practice, inviting you to spend a little time settling into the poses. With the use of bolsters or pillows for support, we allow the body to completely relax and let go of any tensions. Healing hands offer connection, with gentle assists to lovingly guide you & elements of Thai Yoga massage for deep relaxation.
Surrendering to deep rest, as we welcome ourselves to the liminal space of Yoga Nidrā – An effortless state of being, between sleep and wakefulness. Nidrā is a healing, transformative practice, offering complete physical, mental & emotional relaxation.
Naturally flowing into a Sound Bath, with waves of soothing sounds and deeply healing vibrations from Tibetan singing bowls. The gentle, yet powerful harmonies allow you to drift into a natural state of meditation, creating a deep sense of peace & tranquility.
Gently awakening to herbal teas & sweet treats (because we all know chocolate is grounding!) Feeling truly rested & rejuvenated.
